Would you like to eliminate insecurity with me?

Janell and I had the pleasure of listening to one of the very best speakers I’ve ever heard in my life.  He was inspirational, funny, and very smart.

Dr. Sean Stephenson has been praised by far more important people than me; people like Tony Robbins and Bill Clinton.  He’s presented for some of the biggest companies in the world like Nike and Whole Foods, and he’s been seen on TV shows such as Oprah and Jimmy Kimmel.

But, so have others, right?

What makes Sean stand out above the rest?

Well, for starters he’s 3 feet tall!

He was predicted not to survive at birth because of a rare bone disorder that stunted his growth and caused his bones to be extremely fragile (fracturing over 200 times by the age of 18). Despite his challenges, he took a stand for a quality of life that has inspired millions of people around the world.

As a board-certified therapist, and doctor of Clinical Hypnosis, Dr. Stephenson sees clients in a unique 12-hour session that gets to the root of their fears, excuses, and insecurities.

That last word, insecurities is what he spoke a lot about when we saw him.  To say his speech was POWERFUL would be an understatement.

It definitely hit home with Janell and me, and his mission to eliminate insecurity from this world is something we want to be part of…

In full transparency, Janell and I don’t really know HOW we’re going to do that.  We just feel that we must do what we can…for ourselves and for anyone and everyone who wants to get onboard with us.

He didn’t leave us hanging though.  He did provide an overview of his three step Unstoppable Formula, the first being about insecurity itself, but they all go together…

Step 1:  Cure Yourself of Insecurity

Based on a TON of research, Sean says, “the cure to insecurity is SELF-CARE.”

Imagine that? ;-b

He went pretty deep on that, even sharing some of his daily workout routine with us.  He also made a really interesting point…

“People will die for their kids, but they don’t LIVE for them.”

Let that one sink in a little…

Step 2:  Align With Your Life Purpose

This is pretty deep, and, if it’s not something you’ve already figured out, you need to ask yourself some pretty serious questions like, “Why was I born?”

He did point out that once you figure this out you get lots of ENERGY to LIVE.  He said, “It’s like getting God’s caffeine pumping through your veins!”

Step 3:  Surround Yourself with an Empowering Environment

Lord knows I’ve talked about this one a LOT in this newsletter, and here’s another shameless plug for The Transformation Project. 🙂

I really like how Sean said, “when you’re in the environment you become the environment.”

So, I guess Janell and I will start with those steps and figure out how we can best help you do the same…
