Dear Friend,

First, I hope you’re doing well.  

We’re in some uncharted territory right now.  It’s a “unique” time.

There’s a lot of uncertainty right now about a lot of things…

But, one thing I know for sure is that health and fitness is more important than ever.  Working out is CRITICAL to a strong immune system.

With gyms across the country closed, online workouts have become the go-to option for some.  Sadly, they fall short for many…

They lack COACHING and COMMUNITY, which makes all the difference.

Fortunately, we’ve got you covered on both!  🙂

I’d like to personally invite you to try our virtual training program and get all the support you need to succeed during this unique time...

You see, over the past few weeks we’ve been delivering our award-winning program to our clients online – specifically via Facebook Live in our private members’ group.

Each day we host a LIVE workout, as well as provide it ‘on-demand’ so our clients can access it at their convenience…and they’ve LOVED IT!

Yes, we’re all dealing with some pretty unprecedented circumstances, so we’ve focused on helping our clients stay in control of their health & fitness while managing any additional stress they’re experiencing.

Not necessarily…

To experience the sessions live, as well as be in the community group, yes…but you don’t have to be an active user and nobody needs to know you’re on. We clients who’ve created “fake” accounts using made up names (let us know your alter ego name so we can let you into the group).

We also download the workouts and store them in the shared folder if you really don’t want to be on FB.  😉

No.  We provide you with body-weight variations of every exercise. You just need as much floor open floor space as your body would take up while lying down.

Absolutely!  This isn’t your typical online or DVD workout.  This is COACHING. We encourage you to stay connected outside the sessions and never go with a question unanswered.  We even provide customized training programs for anyone who has a physical limitation or injury they’re dealing with.

No.  However, we will provide you with a tips and strategies to help you eat more supportively if you choose to.  Plus, we provide you with some really great recipes!

There’s certainly no obligation to continue, but if you wish to do so you don’t have to do anything.  Your access will continue at a weekly rate of just $45. We chose to bill weekly because it’s less of a commitment for you and at this point none of us really know when this shelter-in-place will end.  We don’t want you to feel locked into an entire month when you get the green light to go back to your training facility (or join ours!).
