Before joining The Transformation Club, I pulled a muscle in my back. My doctor said, “Sometimes these things just don’t heal.” That sent me into a downward spiral. I was afraid to exercise and lost confidence. I just kept thinking I don’t want to injure it further so I did nothing. I took a chance and checked out The Transformation Club. They provided me the individualization I needed, and having professional eyes on my technique gave me the confidence to start moving, exercising, and LIVING again! Asking questions and getting answers was also really helpful - it gave me the hope and support I needed for my recovery. Before joining, I was a little bit intimidated not knowing what everything and everyone would be like, but that quickly went away when I got started. The coaches made me feel like a long-time member, and the members made me feel welcome and part of their community. Interestingly enough, after a couple of years with The Transformation Club, I did step away to try something else. While I enjoyed the workouts in the new place, I never felt like I belonged. I also wasn’t getting the personal coaching as The Club provides, and I found myself getting hurt. I’ve been back now since the beginning of 2019 and I’m getting great results again. I’m a better person when I go to The Club - I’m stronger, healthier, sleep better, and just feel better! I’ve also been able to get my blood pressure under control so my doctor is happy, too. I suppose the only downside is all the money I’ve had to spend on new, smaller-sized, pants. Ha! If you’re considering a place to work out (and be part of a community) in Chanhassen, give The Transformation Club a serious try. Show up, give whatever you are capable of each day, and listen to the coaches. You WILL transform your body and your life.

Before joining The Transformation Club, I was nervous to workout in a facility with other people. Change can be scary. Fortunately, I felt welcomed and supported from the get-go. Stepping out of my comfort zone really paid off! Now, I feel stronger both physically AND mentally. I actually tried The Transformation Club once before, and while I liked it, it just wasn’t working for me with a 3-month old baby and 1.5 year old. I wasn’t getting any sleep and I felt that the best way to take care of myself was to rest and focus on the kiddos. When my baby turned 2 I felt READY to put myself first, but I was scared of how they would react if I asked to come back… I reached out directly to Janell via text and she greeted me so warmly and was genuinely excited to see me when I came back. I was so relieved. 🙂 The whole team - and the members - are so welcoming. And, the coaches are great at modifying the exercises/levels to help make the return to exercise even easier. I also really appreciate all the education and focus around mindset. This is a huge topic for me. My mind and discipline is so much stronger now. That’s something I never found anywhere else, and trust me, I’ve tried a LOT of gyms! I love the results I’m seeing. I’m SO happy to be able to keep up with my kids as they grow and become more active. Last night we had a 60-minute dance party and I was barely winded! The smiles and giggles were priceless - worth every penny of membership!!
