You know, most people initially come to The Transformation Club to lose weight – we’re kinda famous for that. 🙂
However, to us, TRANSFORMATION is about so much more than that…
I’ve been blessed to see so many amazing transformations…of all kinds…over the last almost 9 years I’ve had my business (21 total years as a fitness professional).
Sure, it’s awesome to watch those pounds plummet and get incredible before and after pictures, but what I really love are the stories of…

  • Improved self-confidence
  • Increased strength – inside and out
  • Getting off medications
  • Relationships improving
  • Skin issues going away
  • Better sleep
  • More energy at work and play
  • And so much more…

Here’s another that I think is so cool…
Resting heart rate (RHR) is a good indicator of health.

 
The graph above was sent to me be one of our newest clients.
What you’re seeing is the MAJOR change that has occurred in the first month of her working with us here at The Transformation Club.
Here’s 51-year old woman whose RHR is nearing ATHLETE level (<60 bpm).
What’s really cool about this is that she already had a decent RHR because she was already into health and fitness.  To see such a drastic change in such a short period of time is a pretty cool testimonial for our program. 😉
So, yes, weight loss is really cool…and another important health marker…but, all the other stuff is so important, too.  In fact, when you focus on the health transformations the physique transformations will take care of themselves…
By the way, this client has lost several inches.  You can really see the body transformation…although the big smile she comes in with each day because she feels so much better is the best result of all!  😀
