RECIPE OF THE WEEK: We Sampled These Last Night!!!

Last night we hosted a really FUN Fitness After Dark event at The Transformation Club!  We had a DJ, wore green for St. Patty’s Day, gave out some prizes, and sample some healthy food!  We love hosting events like this for our Community of Friends in Fitness:-)
One of the things we sampled was a healthy shamrock shake.  Look at the nutrition label for a McDonald’s Shamrock Shake…WOW!!!
80 grams of SUGAR, 54 total ingredients, high fructose corn syrup, food dyes, and obscure additives…GROSS!  It kind of makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it.
Instead try this version of a shamrock shake that packs, healthy fat, 25 grams of protein, ZERO additives, leafy greens, and a powerful detoxifier.  People at our event last night really liked it:-)


1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ – 1 frozen banana
3 scoops Eniva Natural Whey Protein Powder
¼ – 1/2 avocado
1 big handful of spinach
1 tsp. Eniva Chlorophyll +
