RECIPE OF THE WEEK: It’s Springtime!!!

Happy Spring!!!
Although in most parts of the country it doesn’t feel or look like spring!  However, days are getting longer and warmer temperatures are on their way soon:-)
As the seasons shift in the coming weeks, you may find that what you are seeing at the grocery store and what you are wanting to eat changes as well.  Moving away from heavier comfort foods like stews and towards more salads and lighter foods.
I’m even seeing a change in the produce section of our local co-op.  We are able to get good looking berries and asparagus is out already!
Today I want to share with you FIVE of my favorite springtime recipes:
Asian Glazed Salmon w/Roasted Broccolini & Asparagus from Against All Grain
Avocado Cilantro Chicken Salad from PaleOMG
Gingered Zucchini Soup from Well Fed
Spring Vegetable Lemon Basil Pasta from PaleOMG
Paleo Chicken Pad Thai from The Paleo Mom
If you are not quite ready to give up your soups and stews until it gets a little bit warmer, I totally understand:-)
Save these recipes for a few weeks from now!
