Spring break for our school district starts next week. The other big district we serve has spring break the following week.
I thought I’d share a few “tricks” to help those who are concerned with looking a little better and feeling more confident in their bathing suits.
By the way, a simple two-step program to get a bathing suit body is:
- Buy bathing suit
- Put on bathing suit
That’s it. 😉
Now, if you want to drop a few pounds and decrease some bloat that’s fine, too. Here are a few things you can do to get some very noticeable results:
Increase your daily water intake to a minimum of 100 ounces, preferably 140 ounces. This will help flush out your intestines – FYI, you can hold double digits in weight of fecal matter!!
- Eliminate inflammatory foods that contain gluten, dairy, sugar, alcohol, and soy.
- Cut out starchy carbs and fruit for 3 – 7 days leading up to your trip…be sure to eat a lot of COOKED non-starchy veggies though.
What you don’t need to do is kill yourself on a treadmill or starve yourself.
