Quality of Life

I recently had my graphic designer create this image for me:

Quality of Life Chart

It’s a simple graph, but it says so much…

Small & simple actions taken consistently over time yield a significant result, positive or negative.

You see, it’s not about doing things big once in a while.

Like how compounding interest over the long haul builds wealth or credit card interest that just keeps building up buries you in debt, it’s the little things that make a difference.

“Little hinges swing big doors.” – W. Clement Stone

Too often, people are looking for the quick fix…

The get-rich-quick schemes or lose weight fast programs.

How does that usually work out?

Going all in for a few weeks a few different times of year gets you nowhere.

When it comes to health and fitness, start with a few small and simple actions that you can do regularly – like drinking more water, taking good supplements, moving your body daily, and getting enough sleep.

Over the long run, those are life-changing.

So is NOT doing those things…
