Yes, I am a pumpkin spice lover:-) I have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to pumpkin recipes, CLICK HERE to view. The recipes on this board are mostly grain free pumpkin breads, muffins, cookies, bars, etc. I also have pumpkin recipes that are savory and more protein and vegetable based sprinkled throughout my other boards.
One of my favorite pumpkin things to make is a Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie! If you like pumpkin, you will love this smoothie:-)
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (homemade is preferred, store bought New Barn is my preferred)
1 banana, frozen
3 TBSP pumpkin puree (I use Farmers Market brand in a box instead of can)
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
½ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
3 scoops Eniva Protein Powder
¼ to ½ avocado, depending on size
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in your favorite blender and enjoy!
