Post Game Plans

That was certainly some game last night…
Pretty much an offensive onslaught (record-breaking total yards) by both teams.
In the end, the defense that stepped up…won.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the team I was rooting for. 🙁
Oh well.
Congrats to the Eagles.
Now that the Super Bowl is behind us it’ll be interesting to see how things go in the fitness industry the next few weeks…
Usually, the Super Bowl is the “nail in the coffin” for many people’s New Year’s Resolutions. This is the time of year when attendance at gyms really starts to decline.
If you don’t want to see your resolution fade away now is a great time to hit the reset button.

That’s good. It tells me people are ready to re-commit and/or take things up a notch.

In fact, I’m actually in California for a similar reason…
Today and tomorrow I’ll be attending a mastermind meeting with a group of fitness entrepreneurs. January is behind us, and we’ll be looking ahead to see how we “way forward.”
I also spent some time this past weekend doing some reflection and goal review & setting. It didn’t hurt that I was in Laguna Beach. 🙂
By the way, I posted some pictures on Instagram and also did a FB Live Video about travel nutrition.
