Janell is a BIG Pink fan. Last night she went to her concert in Minneapolis, which meant I was covering her coaching sessions this morning. The days of being out late and getting up early are long gone for us! ;-b
Sleep is just too precious, and the more we understand it the more we don’t want to mess with it…
There is a tremendous amount of research showing that you just can’t hack sleep or get away without enough of it for too long before you see a variety of diminishing returns in cognitive function, productivity, health and weight.

I want to LIVE (not just be alive) well into my golden years. Quite honestly, I want to break 100 and still be getting after life so sleep is definitely something I’m paying a lot more attention to than I used. This article is great reinforcement.
