New Phases in Life

Well, summer is definitely in full swing!  100 degrees yesterday – the earliest Minneapolis has ever hit 100 degrees!
But, we’re not allowed to complain, right?  After all, it was snowing 6 weeks ago!! ;-b
I hope you had a nice weekend.  Janell and I enjoyed an extended weekend mixed with some adulting, a little socializing, walking with Badger, and lots of relaxing.  🙂
Much different than last year…
Memorial Day Weekend 2017 was when we cleaned up/out our entire house to get it ready to go on the market.  Phew, what a year it’s been!
Ironically, my parents did exactly that this past weekend.  My childhood home is going on the market.
I’m actually really happy for my parents.  My mom will be joining my dad in retirement this year so it’s perfect timing.  🙂
I’m excited to see them enjoy their next phase in life…
Speaking of phases, as we “prepare for summer” we’ll be kicking off a new phase of training next week at The Transformation Club…in conjunction with our “summer slim-down” transformation program.  You can learn more about it HERE.
Whether you want to lose 10 or 15 pounds for summer or just feel a whole lot better doing your summer activities, the 10-4 Transformation Program is a great way to do it.

Since relocating and rebranding our gym in January 2016 we’ve been on GO! for pretty much the last two years.  Add to that 6 months of trying to sell our house last year while building another and then moving in this winter, Janell and I are ready for a more “toned down phase”…
While we LOVE welcoming new people to The Transformation Club through our transformation challenges, it’s a lot of extra work so we made the decision to pause for the summer and focus more of our attention on our existing clients at The Club, as well as focusing more attention on each other. 🙂
Of course, we’ll still welcome new clients over the summer…we just won’t be having them come in the big waves that transformation challenges tend to bring.
