Have you lost and gained the same weight over and over and over again?

Have you lost and gained the same 10, 15, 20 or more pounds over and over again?

I have.

Have you ever told yourself or hoped that “this weight loss program/contest is going to be IT.”

I have.

Have you figured out a way to maintain the weight that you want to be at AND enjoy the daily practice?

I have.

If you’d like to answer “I have” to that last question then stay with me…

Quick note – you see how that last question said “the daily practice”?

That’s because that’s exactly what it is…

Like having to brush your teeth daily to maintain your pearly whites, you need a daily practice to maintain a healthy and fit body!

And that’s where weight loss seekers get it all wrong…

They look for short-term weight loss contests and challenges to achieve their goal…and then wonder why they can’t maintain their achievement after that contest or challenge is over.

Sound familiar?

Heck, maybe you’ve even done a weight loss challenge of ours at The Transformation Club…

This is exactly why we’re not doing them anymore – while we’ve seen so many people lose their unwanted weight AND keep it off, we’ve seen too many others put it back on.

After reviewing hundreds of cases and having candid discussions with other fitness professionals who’ve done the same, the data is pretty clear…

  • Those that join a challenge to lose weight…usually end up finding it again.  🙁
  • Those that join a challenge to lose weight AND adopt the lifestyle…keep it off.  🙂

Adopt the lifestyle…

Therein lies the rub.

YES!  If you want to be healthy and fit you have to practice what healthy and fit people do!

Seems kind of obvious, right?

Then why is it so hard for so many people (three-quarters of the population is overweight)?

My answer takes us back to the weight loss contests and challenges…

When you have the mindset of, “I’m going to bear down and white knuckle it for X weeks to get through this challenge” you’ve already lost…

The motivator was completing the challenge, perhaps even earning a prize for achieving the goal.

It had nothing to do with actually wanting to learn how to enjoy the practice of living a healthier lifestyle.  Or maybe you did, but it got lost in the competition because you had to make weight for that final weigh in.

Here’s the good news…

You actually can get to the point where you TRULY enjoy the practice.

We hear this from clients all the time.  🙂

And THAT is why we decided to shift gears and create The Transformation Project – a comprehensive course that covers each of the key aspects to developing and maintaining your own transformation lifestyle so you can achieve AND maintain your weight loss and fitness goals…and ultimately become the BEST version of YOU!

By participating in The Transformation Project, you’ll develop the habits, skills, and mindset you need to succeed…for the rest of your life.  In the end, you’ll come away with the know-how and confidence that you can stick with and enjoy your very own Transformation Lifestyle.  Oh, and you’ll lose a bunch of that unwanted weight, too. 😉

So, if you have NOT figured out a way to maintain the weight that you want to be at AND enjoy the daily practice, then I implore you to grab one of the remaining spots in The Transformation Project – REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY…if spots are still available.

HAVE FAITH & TAKE ACTION!
