Forget the New Year!

Why am I talking about New Years on October 23rd?
Because I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and I KNOW that, right around this time of year, many people are already telling themselves…
“I’ll get started after New Years.”

By the way, that’s also usually the same person who GAINS 7-10+ pounds between Halloween and New Years…
Then, guess what happens come New Years?
So, if you thought 2017 was going to be your year…
There are still 69 days – almost 10 weeks – left.
Hell, we help people lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks all the time. In 10 weeks, even with the holidays, that’s routine!
Yes, I know it’s more challenging with the holidays…
There are parties to attend, shopping and dining-out to do, drinks to be had, and all that stuff.
However, that doesn’t mean you have to “mail it in” for the last two months of the year!
I can promise you this…
You CAN enjoy the holiday season AND still lose weight – even as much as 20+ pounds.
