Back from Sedona With Some Important Questions

Janell and I are back from an amazing – albeit short – trip to Sedona, AZ.
It was an amazing experience!
Besides the beautiful setting – we were in Boynton Canyon – our “conference” was incredible.  As I mentioned last week, it was a couples retreat
A “two-day workshop [that} gives you and your spouse a protected oasis away from it all. Here, you’ll find the time, the insights, and the inspiration to dream up a future you’ll both love—and build practical plans to make it happen.”
Last year was our first year attending.  It’s also when we put our 5-year plan together to build our dream home…which we’ve been living in now for 2+ months!  ;-b
That was actually really fun to share with our coach and the couples we met last year who attended again.
This year we made sure not to set any goals that were too aggressive.  LOL ;-b
Seriously though, we’re really looking forward to a more “tame” year; one where we can really enjoy our blessings together, spend quality time with each other, and really improve our connection.  We’re also looking forward to having more time and energy to focus on all of our amazing members at The Transformation Club!
The thing I really wanted to share with you today was something that was said over and over again by the attendees this past weekend…
It’s so awesome to spend time with like-minded people!
I actually see this play out all the time…
For example, when a new client comes to The Transformation Club, they often come alone.  Their current “support system” isn’t so really so supportive…
In other words, often times when you decide to make a change in your life that’s meaningful to you – one that will help you become a better version of yourself – the people you spend the most time with aren’t really interested or onboard with that change.  Sometimes they’ll even sabotage your efforts!
That’s why it’s so important to find others – a group of members like we have at The Transformation Club – who have done or are doing what you want to do.
Not to say you should cut those other folks out of your life (although sometimes that needs to happen), but it is really important to add new people to your life – even if just for an hour 3x/week – that motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals.
So, as you’re looking ahead to the summer, this year, or even your life…
What’s your vision of how you want to live?
How do you want to feel?
How do you want to show up?
…ask yourself, “am I surrounding myself with people who will educate, motivate, and inspire me to become the BEST version of ME?”
And, please let me know if there’s anything I can do to support your efforts.
